The mill can be set to grind either finely or coarsely as needed and it is designed to keep salt and pepper from spilling on the table. The mill is extremely durable and the grinding mechanism itself is a ceramic Crush Grind®, which guarantees that it can endure daily wear and tear for many years. In the design process, it has been a priority to ensure that all materials are easily recyclable, by ensuring that all the materials are on-component and can easily be taken apart.
