Designer George Nelson created Nelson Perch in 1964 - a cross between a tall chair and a standing aid. The flat five-star base in chrome-plated die-cast aluminum with soft, reverse-braked casters provides stability when standing up and rolling around, and the height of the stand tube in chrome-plated round steel is adjusted by a spindle. Leather seat and armrest cushions allow comfort and freedom of movement. Reduced to the essentials, Nelson Perch enriches offices as well as catering facilities and studios.
